Our client, ETG Maintenance is looking for a result driven Commercial Specialist to support global sales and drive revenue growth across aviation MRO services portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering commercial excellence across maintenance and engineering projects while supporting business growth and ensuring contractual compliance.

ETG Maintenance is a leading EASA Part-145 certified aircraft Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) provider, headquartered in Sofia, Bulgaria, with main operational facilities in Varna and expanding presence in Burgas. Founded in 2008 and part of Vector Group since 2022, the company delivers high-quality, cost-efficient aviation maintenance solutions.

Role Requirements:

Right to live and work in EU
3+ years as Sales Manager / Director in Airline MRO to A320/B737NG operators
Proven track record of securing new business
Strong communicator in international environments
Collaborative; Performance-driven
