Job Description

If you’re passionate about delivering great service and enjoy working in a dynamic office environment, we’d love to hear from you. We are looking for a Service Representative to join our clients team, supporting key operations and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and staff.

The Service Representative is presence onsite for Owners at strategic airports, meeting both arriving and departing flights. Ensures seamless customer service by proactively collaborating with the airport authorities, FBO, caterers, ground and other service providers.

The Service Representative is responsible for developing Owner loyalty by nurturing Owner relationships and providing personalised service through knowledge, proactive service, and anticipation of needs that align with both the nature of travel and company guidelines in-line with the 20/20 flight plan. SRs work autonomously and flexibly manage their own schedule to ensure maximum exposure to accounts and individuals as key KPIs for the role.

Role Requirements:

  •     Right to work and live in the EU
  •     Fluent Dutch and English
  •     Drivers licence
  •     VIP cabin crew or luxury high end customer service
  •     Corporate jet or VIP hospitality
  •     Apply situational awareness and able to handle stressful situations while maintaining a positive attitude
  •     Self-starter, diplomatic, and an effective problem solver, with high self-confidence and an outgoing personality
  •     Shows empathy, assertiveness, great diplomacy and confidence in all situations
