We are proud to announce that we have been selected by our client FLYYO to support their recruitment of EASA A320 Captains for their expanding European operations. Our partner is seeking experienced, safety-focused, and leadership-driven A320 Captains to join their accomplished flight crew and contribute to a world-class operational environment.

Founded in 2021 with Romanian registration, FLYYO has been authorized in compliance with the EU Regulation 965/2012, granting the airline unlimited commercial rights within the European Union.

With their leadership, they have strengthened the team, embarked on a journey to modernize their aircraft fleet, and adopted cutting-edge business strategies.

 

FLYYO embodies a dynamic synergy between tradition and innovation and now operate x2 A320-200 units. With the acquisition of an A321-200 to commence operations in Summer 2026, we are now recruiting EASA A320 Captains for a long-term open-ended contract with great minimum guaranteed payment year-round.

On offer is an open-ended contract with an attractive salary package.

Benefits Package: 

  •     Minimum guarantee of hours in Winter and Summer seasons
  •     Accommodation provided by FLYYO at all locations on duty
  •     Bonus paid annually

  •     EUR250 reimbursement for Assessment (subject to joining)

Role Requirements:

  •     Locality to place of work, position from nearest international airport
  •     Must be available to start OCC 1st week of March
  •     EASA License
  •     A320 Type-rating
  •     Minimum 500 hours PIC on A320, minimum 3,000 hours total time
  •     12  months flight recency
  •     Minimum ELP 4
