Job Description

We are pleased to announce that we have launched our latest recruitment campaign for Heston Airlines in their search for A320 Captains. They are offering an industry leading roster pattern of 14/14 (positioning during off time).

Heston Airlines is a newly established European carrier, headquartered in Vilnius, Lithuania. A member of the Heston Aviation Group, a consolidated group of companies focused on aviation assets leasing, trading, maintenance, repair, and overhaul. The airline operates sixteen Airbus A320 aircrafts, providing short and long-term services worldwide.

On offer is an incredible roster pattern, long-term contract with minimum guaranteed monthly fees.

Role Requirements:
  • Right to live and work in the EU
  • EASA ATPL with A320, IR/PBN ratings
  • 3000 minimum on multi pilot aircraft
  • 1000 minimum PIC hours on A320
  • Must be current and recent on A320, ideally within 6 months
  • ELP 4+
  • Class I medical certificate issued in accordance with Part-MED requirements
Application Process:
  1. CV and document submission to AeroProfessional
  2. Telephone interview by AeroProfessional
  3. Technical Assessment A320/ATPL online – 50mins
  4. Online I/V – HR/FOPs
  5. x2 Online Psychological test (max 2 hours)
  6. SIM check – location EU, depending on availability. Flights and accommodation provided.
