Job Description

Are you a highly organised problem-solver with a passion for logistics and people management? SkyTaxi are looking for a Crew Planner to join their dynamic team and play a critical role in ensuring their operations are efficient, compliant, and well-resourced.

Our Client, SkyTaxi, based in Wroclaw airport (WRO), was established in 2000. They are the leader in on-demand air cargo operations in Poland.

Their flight crew and maintenance staff are well-trained and experienced. SkyTaxi is certified to operate and provide air services accordingly to: JAR-OPS1, PART-M and PART-145 standards.

They currently operate a fleet of three B767F aircraft for the purpose of cargo operations. Due to the recent addition of a third unit to the fleet and increased schedules to China and the Western hemisphere, they are now looking for an experienced Crew Planner who will be responsible for planning and maintaining SkyTaxi’s monthly crew rosters.

On offer is a permanent contract with 26 days annual leave plus 13 local public holidays.

Role Requirements: 
  • Right to live and work in the EU
  • Must live within 60 mins of work location
  • Minimum high school degree
  • Available to start ASAP, and ideally by 1st September
  • Ability to communicate and coordinate with people from various cultures
  • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Good administration and organisation skills required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience in crew roster management, ideally 2+ years
  • Proficiency in AIMS rostering system
  • Be able to pass a 5 year employment background check
  • Be able to obtain a Criminal Record Check from home country
  • Be able and willing to relocate to Wroclaw, Poland
  • Experience in last minute roster change requirements within a Charter/ACMI airline or similar would be an advantage
