Titan Airways is the UK’s largest Charter and ACMI operator. The carrier specialises in short-notice ACMI and wet lease operations, as well as ad-hoc passenger and cargo charter services to tour operators, corporations, governments, and the sports and entertainment sectors.

They are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Compliance Monitoring Officer to join their Safety and Compliance team. In this critical role, you will help ensure their operations remain fully aligned with aviation regulations and internal standards, supporting a culture of continuous improvement and regulatory excellence.

Role Requirements:
  • Right to live and work in the UK – Sponsorship may be available
  • Live within 1 hour of London Stanstead
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the Aviation Industry
  • Demonstrable experience of conducting audits
  • Completed a formal auditor's course acceptable to the CMM
  • Completed a formal Root Cause Analysis course acceptable to the CMM
  • Familiarity with safety management systems
  • Familiarity with regulations applicable to the scope of approval
  • Proven organisational skills
  • Extensive IT literacy (KPI’s Excel, coordination etc.)
  • Team player, initiative and flexible to work independently
