Our client, Atlas Air, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager of Line Maintenance to lead and oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations of our fleet.

Reporting to the Regional Director of Maintenance, the Manager of Line Maintenance is responsible for managing all aspects of maintenance at their assigned stations To ensure the effective communication and application of company values and behavioral standards, as stated in our company "Code of Conduct" policy, and to respond appropriately in the event of any known departures.

Role Requirements: 

MUST:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Must hold a current and valid FM Mechanic Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant ratings
• Must maintain Company-required qualification and authorization for Airworthiness Release.
• Must possess detailed knowledge of aircraft and avionics systems and principles of troubleshooting
• Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience
• Minimum three (3) years managerial experience
• Must be able to gain entry and work visas to countries the company operates in.
• Travel to destinations to support the operation
• Hold a full driving license for the location and country.
• Be able to obtain all security passes, including airport driving permits, and able to escort third parties privileges at the location.
• Work a flexible schedule to suit the operation.
• Will be required to relocate to UAE/DXB
• Work as a team member and alone with attention to returning detailed reports as required

SHOULD:

• (Boeing Widebody type ratings) preferred
