Are you a motivated sales professional passionate about high-end service and dynamic client relationships? We're looking for a Charter Sales Account Manager to join our client, CharterSync's growing team and play a key role in delivering tailored charter solutions across aviation.

As a Charter Sales Account Manager, you'll be at the forefront of bringing air cargo into the 21st century! This varied position demands quick adaptation and sharp thinking in our fast-paced, collaborative environment. From day one, you'll enjoy increasing responsibility and travel opportunities.

You'll leverage our multi-award-winning platform to manage new charter requests and flight operations, ensuring lightning-fast responses to cargo enquiries. Role Requirements:

MUST

  • Right to live and work in the UK
  • Live within 1.5 hours of London Bridge
  • Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in CARGO Charter Brokering
  • Business Development is a bonus
  • Keen interest in innovative technology
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a sales-oriented approach to new business development and account management
  • Highly professional manner with an ability to communicate effectively
  • Genuine passion for innovation

SHOULD

  • Ideally, have 3 years of experience
  • Understanding or experience of flight planning, load planning, flight time limitations and aircraft performance.
  • Understanding of cargo load plans / complex dimensions + payloads and limitations for aircraft.
  • Good existing network of contacts within the air cargo charter industry
