As a Flight Operations Controller, you'll support the day-to-day coordination of the flight operations, working closely with all Operations team members to ensure every flight runs smoothly. This entry-level position is perfect for someone eager to learn the ropes of flight planning, crew coordination, and operational support while contributing to our mission of excellence. You'll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and build a strong foundation in aviation operations.

Role Requirements:

MUST:

  • Right to live and work in the UK
  • Be within 1 hour of Farnborough
  • Ideally, be able to start in May
  • A basic understanding of aviation regulations (UK CAA/EASA) or a willingness to learn
  • Good IT skills, including familiarity with MS Office
  • Some experience in aviation operations, logistics, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a 24/7 shift pattern, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Flexible and adaptable

SHOULD:

  • 1-2 years' experience preferred

COULD:

  • Experience with flight operations and/or flight planning software is a bonus
  • Previous exposure to business aviation or customer-facing roles
  • An aviation-related qualification or training (e.g., dispatcher course, aviation studies)
  • Basic knowledge of international airspace or flight logistics
