We are delighted to support our client, SkyUp, in their search for a Director of Charter Development. 

SkyUp Airlines is a Ukrainian airline established in Ukraine in June 2017, represented in Europe. In May 2023, after being certified in Malta as SkyUp MT, the company obtained an Air Operator Certificate (AOC), Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization certificate (CAMO) and an Air Operator License (AOL).

SkyUp is looking for a Director of Charter Development, a key position within SkyUp senior team where you will be ultimately responsible for the development and growth of the airline’s charter operations.

Role Requirements:

• Right to live and work in the EU or UK
• Must be experienced in developing business plans and implementing projects
• Min 3 years in Charter leadership
• Aviation/airline experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building
• Should have team management skills
