SkyUp Airlines is a Ukrainian airline established in Ukraine in June 2017, represented in Europe. In May 2023, after being certified in Malta as SkyUp MT, the company obtained an Air Operator Certificate (AOC), Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization certificate (CAMO) and an Air Operator License (AOL).

SkyUp is looking for a Fleet Director, a leader who will achieve new ambitious goals and horizons together with our multinational team. You will ultimately be responsible for identifying the type, configuration, and number of aircraft required in the airline fleet and then sourcing, negotiating, and finalising the agreements.

Role Requirements:
- Right to work and live in the EU
- Experience In dealing directly with OEMs and Lease companies
- Negotiation of both purchase and lease agreements
- Project management
- Has implemented the introduction of a large fleet increase
- Business Level Degree
- Background in Aviation/ Airlines
