Our client, Volare Aviation, has selected us to help them search for a VIP Cabin Service Representative (Flight Attendant).
Volare Aviation prides itself on being a private family office, bringing together a boutique luxury lifestyle for the jet-setting society of high-net-worth individuals. They specialise in aircraft sales, charter and engineering.
Due to the increased demand and success within Volare Aviation, they seek a well-presented, personable, and proactive individual to join their growing team at London Oxford Airport as a Cabin Service Representative.
This role requires a professional with a keen eye for detail, a passion for delivering exceptional service, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic operational environment.

Role Requirements:
- Right to live and work in the UK.
- Live within easy commute of London Oxford Airport (maximum 60 minutes).
- A minimum of five years’ experience in Corporate VIP aviation or relevant experience within the aviation industry, luxury hospitality, or a high-end brand.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of service standards and operational procedures within a high-end environment.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and improve processes proactively.
- Food preparation and presentation, ensuring high-quality, self-made dishes are delivered in a flight environment.
- The ability to plan and execute fine dining experiences, adapting to passenger preferences and dietary requirements.
- A flexible, ‘can-do’ attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile.
- Motivated and driven Silver service experience is beneficial, but not essential. Achieve excellence in performance and continuous development.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, build trust, and maintain respect among the team.
- Capable of handling sensitive conversations professionally.
- IT literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- A track record of excellent attendance and reliability.
- Ability to recognise and adapt to different clients and needs.
