This role provides interface between Atlas Air and area maintenance providers regarding all aircraft and engine maintenance issues. Monitor reliability of area based fleet, implements corrective action in concert with Atlas Air Maintenance Control, Technical Support and vendors. Institutes vendor performance auditing procedures and monitors invoicing for correct billing. Ensures vendor compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations. Maintains liaison with Ground Operations and Flight Operations in order to ensure safe and dependable operations.

Role Requirements: 
  • Right to live and work in the EU

  • Work under the European Regulations
  • Travel to destinations to support the operation
  • Coordinates with local civil aviation authorities with regards safety and security. Airport Directives
  • Pass local security checks
  • Hold a full driving license for the location and country
  • Be able to obtain all security passes including airport driving permits and able to escort third parties privileges at the location
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required
  • Must hold a current Full Federal Aviation Administration Airframe and Powerplant License
  • Minimum of five years relevant experience
  • Minimum three years managerial experience
  • Be able to read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals
  • Good Outlook Excel and word awareness skills
  • Work as a team member and alone with attention to returning detailed reports as required
