Job Description

Our Client has selected us to support their recruitment of a Health & Safety and Compliance Monitoring Manager.

The Health & Safety, Safety & Compliance Monitoring Manager (HSSCM) is a dual role responsible for developing, administering and maintaining the Health & Safety, Safety Management System and Compliance Monitoring for the ATO and FSTD Operations.

The HSSCM will report directly to the Accountable Manager (AM).

On offer is a part-time, permanent position with hybrid working available.

Role Requirements:

  • Right to live and work in the UK
  • NEBOSH qualification or equivalent
  • Health and safety background (not necessarily in aviation)
  • Health and Safety Management experience
  • Procedure writing
  • Risk assessments
  • High level of personal and professional integrity
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a small team
  • Should have previous experience managing an SMS for AoC or ATO/FSTD operator would be an advantage but not essential
