We are very excited to announce that we have launched our latest recruitment campaign for a Painter / Sprayer.
Our client is a specialist composite repair company, providing composite and sheet metal repair solutions for civil and military operators on both fixed wing and rotary wing platforms. Their customers include major airlines and business jet operators as well as MRO/OEM and parts distribution and management organisations.
As a Painter / Sprayer, your responsibilities will include preparing surface areas, repairing paint defects, and respraying primary and secondary parts.

Role Requirements:
- Right to live and work in the EU
- At least an MBO level in the direction of painting technology or equivalent and extensive experience, preferably within an Aerospace environment and several years of experience in a similar role
- Expert knowledge of paint and its application, accuracy in colour matching and experience with spray equipment
- Available 36 to 40 hours per week and are happy to work mainly on location
- Good command of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written
- You are a team player, disciplined, have an eye for detail and finish and you work safely
- Minimum 2 years in aircraft &/or component resprays
- Driving license B
