Are you an experienced Maintenance Preparation Specialist looking for your next challenge?

Our client is a specialist composite repair company, providing composite and sheet metal repair solutions for civil and military operators on both fixed wing and rotary wing platforms. Their customers include major airlines and business jet operators as well as MRO/OEM and parts distribution and management organisations.

As a Maintenance Preparation Specialist, you will oversee all elements of the repair process, including repair proposals and inspections.

On offer is a full-time, permanent position with full training provided and other great benefits!

Role Requirements:

  • Right to live and work in the EU
  • Technical problem-solving ability
  • Knowledge of composite & sheet metal parts repair
  • Able to communicate, collaborate and prepare
  • Completed a degree in Aeronautical Engineering or similar (MBO/HBO)
  • With your intermediate experience level, you take responsibility for inspections, repair proposals and organizing work
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written
  • Minimum 3 years experience in composite repair
