Job Description

We are delighted to be supporting our client in their search for a Director of Aircraft Management based in Switzerland.

Our Client provides exclusive aircraft operations and management services to VIP customers who wish to have their own aircraft managed personally and professionally with the highest standards of safety and quality.

Due to company growth, our client is looking for a Director of Aircraft Management to join the team full-time and permanently. 

The Director Aircraft Management is responsible for the implementation of the sales initiatives for managed aircraft opportunities, while also playing a crucial role in overseeing and enhancing our current customer relationship operations, supervising the Customer Success function. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the VIP/business aviation industry, has strong sales acumen, and a proven track record in customer relationship management.

Role Requirements:

  • EU National or right to live and work in the EU
  • Minimum 10 years VIP aircraft management sales experience
  • Within Commuting distance of Zurich or willing to relocate
