Job Description

We are delighted to support our client, Hi Fly, in its search for A320 Captains & First Officers. Hi Fly is a leading widebody aircraft wet lease specialist operating worldwide and has now announced its new package for 2024.

The role offers a very competitive financial package. The commuting roster pattern is 20 days ON/12 days OFF, with accommodation and positioning flights provided. 

Hi Fly is the go-to organization for airlines when they need additional capacity to cover their short/medium-term or seasonal needs. 

Hi Fly operates an all-Airbus fleet, including the A330neo, and its team consists of over 800 highly motivated and experienced aviation professionals. 

They are qualified and authorized to fly to every country in the world.

Assessments & OCC expected May 2024.

Role Requirements:

  • EASA ATPL (f) or CPL
  • Valid A320 type-rating base training completed 
  • ELP 5 + 
  • Right to live and work in the EU 
  • Captains - 5,000 hours total and 1,000 PIC on type
  • First Officers - 500 hours on type & 1500 hours total time

  2. Hi Fly assessment including psychometric assessment, interview, sim assessment
