AeroProfessional is supporting our client, Magnetic Group, in their search for a Production Engineer to permanently join their aircraft interior production division, Magnetic Creative, in Estonia.

Role Responsibilities:
-
Defining and working out how the product will be manufactured and/or assembled on the production line.
-
Ensuring the right components are delivered from vendors and subcontractors.
-
Ensuring production line work is within agreed timelines, and the project is delivered on time.
-
Communication and work arrangements with the subcontractors.
-
Analysing, organising, and planning in-house capabilities and resources.
-
Working closely with a team of Design Engineers to ensure the manufacturing process results in optimal finished products.

Ensuring high quality of produced & repaired products.
-
Making recommendations to increase efficiency.
-
Improving production processes.
-
Cooperating with other company departments as needed.
-
Readiness to work hands-on, if needed.
Role Requirements:
-
Previous working experience in aircraft interior production.
-
Teaching/mentoring production staff.
-
Knowledge and experience in production planning.
-
Experience with CAD and reading drawing knowledge.
-
Knowledge of sheet metal machining is a big plus.

Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written).

Excellent computer systems skills.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Good analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
