Job Description

AeroProfessional are proud to continue our support with our long established European Airline client in their search for a Chief Commercial Officer.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) oversees sales, distribution, ancillary revenue, revenue management, branding, digital, e-commerce marketing and contact centres. In this context, the CCO is responsible for the overall revenue performance of the carrier, and for developing, implementing and monitoring action against an integrated and cohesive revenue strategy.

The CCO will develop and lead an innovative sales planning and execution systems and processes across all markets, travel segments and distribution channels to achieve annual revenue targets. The CCO also plays an important role managing several external suppliers of services, including technology companies, management consultants, advertising agencies, market research organisations, marketing design firms and various systems providers.

The CCO is expected to function as a business partner and counsellor to the CEO and the top leadership team, contributing to and evaluating ideas and initiatives designed to advance the company's agenda.
