Associate Sales Executives We are pleased to be supporting one of our long established client in their search for a Associate Sales Executives to join them on a permanent basis at their facilities in France.

The Associate Sales Executive (ASE) will focus on New Business Opportunities, supporting both the RVP and Sales Executives in their territory. The core function of this role is to find new business opportunity in the territory with emphasis on Whole Aircraft Owners, Corporates and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals. This will be achieved in coordination with the regional Sales team to uncover new potential in each territory through research, prospect analysis, assisting on marketing campaigns and lead follow-up in conjunction with the territory Sales Consultant.

The role will give the ASE an opportunity to learn in detail about the Company products, prospecting strategies of Sales Executive and internal sales processes. The high-performing and team-oriented Associate Sales Executive is typically interested in progressing to a Sales Executive position and will be supported in cultivating the foundational skills necessary for further progression within the Sales organisation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To generate leads through market research within the assigned geographic territory
  • To maintain accurate and timely documentation of sales interactions and opportunities within Salesforce
  • To prospect through a variety of techniques with a heavy emphasis on true New Business in close partnership with assigned Sales Executives
  • To create new business opportunities and to travel to meet prospective Owners in person
  • To partner with outside sales teams to move prospective buyers through the sales cycle
  • To win and onboard new Owners and service these as necessary, in close collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders
  • To support assigned Sales Executive to establish, build, and expand relationships with potential new customers through regional activity with the companies affinity partnerships and personal network
  • Continuous scouting and identification of new regional partnership and business development opportunities to increase the inflow of new Sales leads in close partnership with the assigned Sales Executive and the NJE Marketing team

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Sales, Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field
  • Fluent French and business fluency in English
  • 2 to 6 years’ related professional work experience
  • Must be self-motivated and results driven
  • Entrepreneurial experience
  • Knowledge of the assigned territory
  • Excellent verbal and written communications
  • Must be able to travel to industry trade shows, client events, and prospect/Owner meetings
  • Knowledge of the full line of products and services as well as those of the companies competitors
  • Knowledge of or other CRMs is beneficial
