We are delighted to be supporting our client with their search for a Head of Training


Based in the UK, less than 30 minutes south of London Gatwick airport, our client has 25 years of experience in flight training, flight simulation engineering and aviation expertise. Our client is UK CAA/EASA accredited and offers pilot training courses for both individuals looking to start their commercial aviation careers and airlines seeking to establish reliable, best in class pilot pipelines.

We are now recruiting for the position of Head of Training. This is a non-flying role, although some occasional travel may be required to the middle East.
The Head of Training should have previously held a nominated post - head of training position at a UKCAA ATO. Our client also requires Head of Training applicants top hold both UK and EASA License, and each of these must have either A320 or B737 TRE (Type Rating Examiner) endorsement.

The role is ideally full-time, although a part-time option may be available depending on experience and capability. In return, our client offers a very competitive package including medical insurance and 25 days annual leave.

Role Requirements

  • UK Passport or Right to work
  • EASA Licence
  • UK CAA Licence
  • TRE Endorsement for A320 OrR B737NG (ideally both)
  • Previous Postholder Experience
  • Demonstrated Knowledge of current EASA and UK pilot training and licensing regulations
