We are delighted to be supporting our client, one of the world leading aviation solution providers with their latest search for a Regional Sales Manager based in Shannon, Ireland.


The company has a strong reputation of providing customers with a complete range of solutions including; aircraft maintenance & modifications, technical, engineering and design services, logistics and material solutions and international training.

Based in Shannon in Ireland, our client is actively looking for Regional Sales Managers. This is a long term, stable, direct employment contract, with great benefits including a competitive salary, excellent commission structure and hybrid working.

Regional Sales Manager applicants who have a minimum of 3 years relevant experience with MRO services and having technical knowledge with aircraft maintenance; are invited to apply.

Role Requirements

  • More than 3 years in successful international sales experience within heavy aircraft maintenance and MRO services.
  • Strong knowledge of the aviation industry.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and strong work energy
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills.
  • An energetic, dedicated approach combined with excellent organisation skills and a commitment to deadlines, targets and high work standards.
  • To be based within/around Shannon, Ireland
  • Travel is a requirement for this position.
  • Right to live and work in the EU

Benefits Package

  • Competitive Basic Salary with a bonus scheme.
  • Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days at home (Days agreed between the candidate and client).
  • Overtime can result in x1.5 pay, if busy/applicable then it rises to x2.
  • Holiday – 20 days + bank holidays
  • Company sick pay after probation
