£60,000-£65,000 + Company Car + Bonus

ARV Solutions is exclusively retained by a leading manufacturer of engineered timber products to recruit a Production Operations Manager. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for four UK manufacturing sites, focused on driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams and supporting continued business growth.

As part of the Senior Leadership Team, your objective will be to shape production strategy, champion continuous improvement and ensure every site delivers outstanding standards of safety, quality, efficiency and customer service.

About the role:

• Lead production operations across four manufacturing sites
• Drive improvements in safety, quality, productivity and delivery performance
• Coach and develop Production Managers and their teams
• Establish consistent processes and best practice across sites
• Monitor KPIs, production planning and resource allocation
• Support business growth through operational excellence and continuous improvement
• Build strong relationships across the wider business and maintain a visible presence on site

About you:

• Significant manufacturing leadership experience in manufacturing for construction, ideally timber engineering
• Experience managing multi-site operations and leading managers
• A track record of improving operational performance and standardising processes
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Commercial awareness with a continuous improvement mindset
• Willingness to travel regularly between sites
