Job Title: Project Manager
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + Package
Sector: Timber Structures
Location: Central London

Do you have a through understanding of the RIBA plan of work?

I have an exciting opportunity to join a market leader in the supply and installation of mass timber structures. You will be joining a well established, close knit team who have a passion for engineered timber, creating award winning structures in both the commercial and residential sectors!

Working with a team of project managers reporting in to the senior project manager, you will take the lead on managing projects from project award to handover. You will be liaising with a range of different stakeholders both internally and externally including clients, Design team consultants and public/private bodies.

We would be open to conversations with candidates who:

• Have a good working knowledge and/or passion for engineered timber structures
• Has experience in communicating with a range of different stakeholders
• Be able to oversee changes to the project scope, schedule and costs whilst adhering to suitable verification methods
• Has experience working for main contractor clients
• Possess good commercial acumen
• Able to hit the ground running taking on projects from the onset
