Job Title: Estimator
Salary: £50,000 + Package
Location: Leeds

Are you an experienced estimator with background in new build construction?

Would you like to build the schools and hospitals of the future?

You will be joining a team responsible for creating new spaces for learning and healthcare. With a positive and forward-thinking working culture, this team provide a full turn key construction service for new schools and hospitals around the UK.

You will be working alongside a highly experienced team of commercial, delivery, technical, manufacturing and sales professionals. This owner managed business can offer an excellent working culture and the chance to work on meaningful projects that make a difference!

Key responsibilities:

• Produce detailed quotations from construction drawings
• Ensure tenders are submitted on time to a high standard
• Liaise with all other departments within the business
• Attend pre start meetings with architects & clients

We would welcome conversations with candidates who:

• Have a background in estimating in the traditional or modular construction sectors
• Strong IT skills with experience in Microsoft packages essential 
• Experienced in estimates from initial enquiry to finished quotation
• Strong communication skills
