  • Software Development Manager
    
    For our client in Copenhagen, with world wide presence, we need a skilled IT Manager with focus on Embedded SW , I.e. a SW Development manager ,
    to manage a small team of internal developers, plus several outsourced developers as well
    
    We expect you are a software educated engineer, or similar, with strong knowledge of Firmware / Embedded SW,
    who thus understand the problems / challenges in a world wide operation using devices with Firmware !
    
    You need to be capable of introducing the right procedures, with focus on developing the correct SW
    you need to lead and motive the IT team !
    We expect that you have an Agile approach, (Jira).
    We have both front and backend -developers, use Scrum methods as well
    
    We need you to drive, motivate, develop the existing IT-team !

    You are Structured, and super strong in Processes , experienced with in Embedded SW
    
    perfect English is needed
    
    ONSITE presence is needed
    Permanent Employment is possible
