Senior Business Analyst (IT,processes,strategy,analysis) based in Helsingborg or Malmo

• We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst
  
  Background
  The company has Customs presence in Europe, North America and Asia Pacific. Being a critical part in the total supply chain, customs operations are dealing with import and export between different country borders and many varieties of classification activities. The purpose project is to select and implement a standardized global customs platform supporting customs processes enabling company growth until 2020 and beyond.
   
  The scope of the consultant services is to assist company in
  •         Capture, analyze, challenge and document all stakeholder needs and high level business requirements
  •         Facilitate the identification and elaboration of feasible business solutions for process, organization and service with business modeling
  •         Actively challenge and manage changes of stakeholder's request
  •         Challenge and assure quality of stakeholder needs, business requirements and solution alternatives in order to identify consequences and reduce risks
  •         Manage expectations among all stakeholders by leading the communication and securing the understanding of business requirements
  •         Secure that the solution design fulfills business requirements by providing support, quality assurance and recommendation
  •         Actively participate in test planning and test preparation
  •         Support with managing and controlling project scope (e.g. review, analyze, evaluate proposed changes to the project scope)
  •         Support in identifying the need for new or changed working methods
  •         Support Project Management in project planning
  •         Support Change Management in creating learning material and end-user training
   
  The main tasks in the assignment will be/a day at work will look like: 
  ·       Support/drive requirements workshops in selected area(s)
  ·       Play an active role in handling stakeholder needs and expectations
  ·       Plan/drive/align the needed requirements work together with Vendor/Business/IT in selected areas during solution specification phase (project execution phase)
  ·       Plan/drive/align the different parts of acceptance testing needed in selected areas to validate the solution.
   
  ·       This assignment will require flexibility with travelling to each of the countries in the selected area, e.g facilitate workshops in regards to business/process modelling and requirement management - elicit, collect and document business requirements needed for design and implementation of the Business solution in cooperation with a selected Vendor(s).
• Requirements:

Knowledge
·       Requirements management methods and tools
·       Business Analysis eg.: ability to collect, substantiate, analyze, verify and prioritize information on all (detail) levels and derive relevant and accurate business requirements
·       Ability to perform and facilitate business (and process) modelling
·       Ability to estimate cost and complexity, and to analyze risk and consequences
·       Customs knowledge and experience a plus
·       Test methods and tools with focus on business acceptance
·       Ability to combine Business and IT knowledge
·       High level knowledge of all company business processes a plus
·       Detailed knowledge in the assigned business process, its strategies and connections to other processes a plus
·       Basic knowledge of IT Delivery processes, IT Strategy, company application landscape and the business information it contains
·       Solutions and best practices on the market (benchmarking)
·       Facilitating, planning and managing workshops and activities
·       Basic knowledge in project management and change management methods and tools
 
Experience in
Business analyst in an project with an IT-component.
