Key Responsibilities:

• Handling telephone enquiries from Retail, Merchants, and the general public regarding timber products.
• Taking orders and processing enquiries efficiently and accurately.
• Providing competitive pricing for customer enquiries.
• Generating computerised paperwork for sales orders and deliveries.
• Monitoring and managing stock levels to ensure availability.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the timber or construction materials industry.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office suite).
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Knowledge of timber products and pricing structures is advantageous.
