Join our team responsible for maintaining the client's properties and assets, handling reactive repairs and planned maintenance. Work independently or as part of a team, showing flexibility and initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete tasks per instructions and professional standards.
• Coordinate with Supervisor/Senior Specialist to meet deadlines.
• Efficiently manage time and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Safely use client resources and equipment.
• Accurately record time and materials for each task.
• Follow Health & Safety regulations and use appropriate PPE.
• Inspect tools, equipment, and vehicles regularly.
• Comply with client’s Driving Standards Policy and vehicle checks.
• Attend relevant training courses.
• Maintain professional conduct with the public and respond courteously to complaints.
• Assist with collecting materials and unloading goods.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience in property maintenance or related field.
• Knowledge of health and safety practices.
• Competency with maintenance tools and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license
