Key Responsibilities:

Complete tasks per instructions and professional standards.

Coordinate with Supervisor/Senior Specialist to meet deadlines.

Efficiently manage time and adapt to shifting priorities.

Safely use client resources and equipment.

Accurately record time and materials for each task.

Follow Health & Safety regulations and use appropriate PPE.

Inspect tools, equipment, and vehicles regularly.

Comply with clients Driving Standards Policy and vehicle checks.

Attend relevant training courses.

Maintain professional conduct with the public and respond courteously to complaints.

Assist with collecting materials and unloading goods.

Perform additional duties as assigned by Management.
Qualifications and Experience:

Experience in property maintenance or related field.

Knowledge of health and safety practices.

Competency with maintenance tools and equipment.

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Strong organisational and communication skills.

Valid driver's license
