Job Description

As a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting electrical and mechanical diagnostics, performing effective repairs on plant, mechanical equipment, and electrical systems, and implementing preventative planned maintenance to ensure the continuous and efficient operation of our facilities. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and resolve issues to minimise downtime and maintain productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults.
• Carry out routine maintenance and inspections.
• Work with the maintenance team to develop and implement maintenance strategies.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work and repairs.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment is beneficial.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
