Are you a qualified HGV Class 2 driver looking to enhance your expertise? We are offering an opportunity for a Temp to Perm Refuse Driver/Loader to join the team at our well-established waste and recycling depot in Exeter.

As a Refuse Driver/Loader, your responsibilities will encompass, but are not confined to:

• Operating LGV Category C and non-LGV vehicles when needed.
• Conducting daily vehicle inspections.
• Leading the crew in the collection of recycling and/or refuse from households, commercial premises, and various locations within Mid Devon on designated routes (ensuring no collections are overlooked).
• Upholding a commitment to safe work practices.

About You:

• Possession of an HGV Class 2 Licence (Category C).
• Holding a Driver CPC card.
• Essential DBS
• Demonstrated HGV Class 2 driving experience.
• While not mandatory, prior experience in the waste industry is advantageous.
