Job Description

Sapphire Recruitment is partnering with a leading UK consultancy firm specialising in energy and sustainability advice for housebuilders and developers. Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated energy assessor to produce energy assessments and EPCs using the Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP). This is a home-based role with no site visits required.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Produce high volumes of SAP assessments and EPCs to ensure compliance
• Provide consultancy and reports at land purchase and planning stages.
• Engage with clients and design teams to meet sustainability requirements.
• Utilize team resources for timely, high-quality advice and assessments.

Person Specification

• Licensed Code for Sustainable Homes assessor.
• Experience in delivering sustainability services for large residential/mixed-use schemes.
• Consultancy experience at the planning stage.
• Ability to visualize in 3D and interpret technical drawings.
• Self-managed, organized, and client-facing experience.
• Knowledge of M&E specifications.

Qualifications and Certification

• Accredited On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor.
• Knowledge of UK Building Regulations related to fuel and power conservation.

Remuneration: up to £35k p/a
