Job Description

Sapphire Recruitment is partnering with a leading UK consultancy firm that provides high-quality energy and sustainability advice and assessments to the construction and property industries. The role focuses on overheating assessments in accordance with Part O regulations.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Produce Overheating TM52 and TM59 assessments, Part O assessments
• Engage with clients and project teams to meet sustainability requirements
• Deliver high-quality overheating and thermal comfort analysis using IES
• Conduct thermal modelling using IES software
• Participate in energy assessments and modelling improvements
• Consult on building design to comply with Part L
• Create energy and sustainability statements for planning

Person Specification

• Competent in using IES for overheating analysis (TM59 and TM52)
• Ability to self-manage a busy, time-critical work schedule
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, maintaining a professional attitude under pressure
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Qualifications and Certification

• Accredited On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor.
• Knowledge of UK Building Regulations related to fuel and power conservation.
