Job Description

Our client is offering an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to join their team located in Crediton, Devon. As part of the Customer Service team within a well-established manufacturing company, the successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining strong customer relationships and managing accounts efficiently. While prior industry experience is not mandatory, candidates with a background in customer service will be preferred.

Requirements:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong, trustworthy relationships with customers.
  • Assess customer needs and take appropriate action, including generating and processing quotes and orders.
  • Adhere strictly to company protocols to maintain comprehensive audit trails.
  • Perform data entry accurately and efficiently into company systems.

  • Proficient in administrative tasks with strong organisational abilities.
  • Capable of working independently and taking initiative.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfortable with numerical data and possess good computer literacy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Logical thinking and reasoning abilities.
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude.
  • Prior experience in sales.
  • Full training will be provided.
