Our client is offering an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to join their team located in Crediton, Devon. As part of the Customer Service team within a well-established manufacturing company, the successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining strong customer relationships and managing accounts efficiently. While prior industry experience is not mandatory, candidates with a background in customer service will be preferred.
Requirements:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
- Cultivate and nurture strong, trustworthy relationships with customers.
- Assess customer needs and take appropriate action, including generating and processing quotes and orders.
- Adhere strictly to company protocols to maintain comprehensive audit trails.
- Perform data entry accurately and efficiently into company systems.
