Job Description

This role is a temporary position within the parking back office, supporting our client. The successful candidate will join a team of 4 other members and will receive strong line management support. No prior experience is necessary as full training will be provided, but candidates must possess excellent literacy skills and a good understanding of ICT.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report Management: Run associated weekly/daily reports. Input data accurately onto relevant parking statistics spreadsheet.
  • Management of Do-Not-Reply Parking Inbox: Monitor and manage the Do-Not-Reply Parking inbox. Forward on/archive reports as necessary.
  • General Enquiries: Provide prompt and courteous responses to general enquiries related to parking.
  • First Stage Challenge Response: Respond to first stage challenges from customers regarding parking issues.
  • Mail Dispatch: Download and send all outgoing letters to the Post Room for daily dispatch.

Requirements:

  • Strong literacy skills.
  • Proficiency in ICT.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
