Job Description
This role is a temporary position within the parking back office, supporting our client. The successful candidate will join a team of 4 other members and will receive strong line management support. No prior experience is necessary as full training will be provided, but candidates must possess excellent literacy skills and a good understanding of ICT.
Key Responsibilities:

Report Management: Run associated weekly/daily reports. Input data accurately onto relevant parking statistics spreadsheet.

Management of Do-Not-Reply Parking Inbox: Monitor and manage the Do-Not-Reply Parking inbox. Forward on/archive reports as necessary.

General Enquiries: Provide prompt and courteous responses to general enquiries related to parking.

First Stage Challenge Response: Respond to first stage challenges from customers regarding parking issues.

Mail Dispatch: Download and send all outgoing letters to the Post Room for daily dispatch.
