Job Description
Facilitate customer access to Public Realm services, manage records, provide administrative support, and handle inquiries regarding Allotments.
Requirements:
- Customer Access: Ensure smooth access to Public Realm services for users.
- Enquiries Handling: Respond promptly to inquiries via various channels, promoting positive outcomes.
- Records Maintenance: Assist in maintaining records including assets, allotments, and GIS data.
- Allotment Service: Lead administrative tasks related to allotment services and arboriculturally assets.
- Business Operations: Collaborate with other coordinators for effective business operations.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on service demand and response for managers.
- Financial Administration: Handle invoicing, orders, and debt recovery.
- Meeting Participation: Attend site meetings as required.
- Administrative Systems: Assist in developing and maintaining administrative systems.
Requirements:
- Experience: Frontline customer support, record maintenance, financial systems, and office software.
- Essential Requirements: Knowledge or trainable experience in arboriculture, understanding of Public Realm services, system thinking, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
