Junior Sales Executive – Solar PV

Location: New Ross, Co. Wexford
Salary: Competitive + performance incentives

Optimize Recruitment is hiring on behalf of our client, an established renewable energy company based in New Ross.

We are looking for a Junior Sales Executive to join the team. initially office-based, you will support the commercial sales team with lead generation, customer enquiries and appointment setting, with the opportunity to develop into a full sales role.

The Ideal Candidate

• Sales experience is not essential – full training provided.
• Excellent communication and telephone skills.
• Confident, enthusiastic and motivated by targets.
• Good organisational and IT skills.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop a career in sales.
• Previous customer service, retail or telesales experience would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through outbound calling, research and referrals.
• Follow up on incoming enquiries and existing leads.
• Qualify potential residential and commercial customers.
• Arrange appointments and site visits for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
• Assist with quotations, proposals and customer follow-ups.
• Develop knowledge of Solar PV and renewable energy solutions.
• Progress into a customer-facing sales role as experience develops.
