Optimize Recruitment is partnering with a well-established manufacturing company to appoint a Senior Financial Accountant who will play a key role in driving financial performance across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities include: 

• Prepare and review monthly management accounts
• Analyse production costs, margins and stock performance
• Deliver financial insights to support business decisions
• Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations
• Support budgeting, forecasting and regulatory reporting
• Drive process improvements, automation and system enhancements
• Partner with operational and senior management teams
• Assist with audit processes, grants and R&D claims

Requirements include: 

• ACA / ACCA / CPA / CIMA qualified
• 2+ years' post-qualified industry experience
• Strong Excel and financial analysis skills
• Interested in manufacturing, operations and business performance
• Commercially minded with excellent communication skills
• Ambitious, proactive and solutions focused
