Optimize are seeking a Quality Control Auditor / Assessor to join a growing team and play a key role in maintaining and improving quality standards across multiple live sites. Based in Park West, Dublin, this role offers a great mix of office and on-site exposure — perfect for someone who wants variety and responsibility.

Reporting to: QAQC Manager

You’ll be at the heart of quality delivery — ensuring systems are effective, standards are upheld, and continuous improvement is driven across the business.

Overview:

• Lead and support QAQC audits across live construction projects
• Develop and enhance quality management systems aligned with business needs
• Identify issues, drive corrective actions, and ensure high standards are maintained
• Compile clear, data-driven reports using industry-leading software (Procore)
• Work across teams to implement best-in-class quality procedures
• Support BCAR compliance and smooth project handovers
• Mentor and upskill teams — promoting a strong culture of quality throughout the business
• Assist in resolving customer issues and improving overall project outcomes

Requirements: 

• Trade background or Construction Management qualification
• 3–5+ years’ experience in a QAQC or similar construction role
• Strong knowledge of construction standards and best practices
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Experience working on large-scale projects
• Familiarity with building regulations and certification processes
• Highly organised, detail-focused, and solutions-driven
• Procore experience is a strong advantage
• Lean Construction knowledge is a bonus
