Position: Finishing Foreman / Finishing Site Manager
Location: Co. Clare (5★ Hotel Project)
Job Type: Permanent / Full-time
Start: Immediate
Salary: Competitive & negotiable
Reporting to: Project Manager

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all finishing trades to deliver exceptional quality on time
• Manage subcontractors and site teams to ensure smooth workflow and productivity
• Oversee finishing programmes in line with the overall project timeline
• Carry out detailed inspections and ensure compliance with specifications and standards
• Identify and close out snagging items efficiently
• Maintain high health & safety standards across site operations
• Manage materials, resources, and site logistics to avoid delays
• Keep accurate records including daily reports, labour returns, and progress updates
• Collaborate closely with the wider site team to ensure seamless delivery

The successful candidate will have the following:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Finishing Foreman or similar role
• Strong understanding of finishing trades, materials, and construction standards
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications with ease
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines
• Relevant qualifications or a trade background are an advantage
