We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global brand within the equestrian industry for a Marketing Executive to join their growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, commercially minded and highly organised marketer to play a central role in delivering impactful marketing campaigns across Ireland while also supporting international export activity.

The successful candidate will work closely with sales teams, distributors, agencies, and the wider marketing function to maximise campaign visibility, retailer engagement, and brand consistency across all channels.

The Role

As Marketing Executive, you will take ownership of campaign execution and amplification across retail, digital, and distributor channels. You will ensure marketing assets are effectively adapted, deployed, and maximised across multiple customer touchpoints.

This is a varied, hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong mix of digital marketing expertise, retail marketing experience, and event coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Marketing 

• Coordinate and execute retail marketing campaigns nationwide
• Support retailer activations, product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
• Partner with the sales team to maximise in-store and online campaign visibility
• Ensure effective rollout of POS, brochures, and campaign assets across retail channels
• Coordinate print, digital, and promotional materials for retail support
• Assist with trade shows, events, and retailer presentations

Digital Marketing & Social Media

• Create and schedule engaging content across social media platforms
• Manage and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and relevant platforms
• Adapt campaign creative using Canva for digital, retail, and event use
• Repurpose campaign assets into multiple formats and executions
• Support email marketing and website content updates
• Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement, reach, and ROI

Export & Distributor Support

• Support international campaign rollouts across export markets
• Coordinate distributor marketing requests and asset delivery
• Adapt marketing materials for different regions and retail requirements
• Assist with multilingual marketing coordination where required
• Maintain consistent brand execution globally
• Support international event preparation and distributor activity

Campaign Coordination & Brand Execution

• Manage campaign timelines, approvals, and delivery schedules
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
• Organise and maintain marketing asset libraries
• Liaise with designers, printers, agencies, and suppliers
• Support content shoots, campaign planning, and event execution

About You

You are a proactive, creative marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys bringing campaigns to life across multiple channels.

Skills & Experience

• 2–4 years’ experience in a marketing or digital marketing role
• Strong experience in social media and digital advertising
• Proven experience managing paid campaigns (Meta & Google)
• High proficiency in Canva and adapting creative assets
• Solid understanding of retail marketing and customer touchpoints
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Commercial awareness and strong attention to detail

Desirable:

• Experience working with retailers, distributors, or international markets
• Interest or experience in the equestrian industry
