Overview:

Website & Digital Experience

• Lead and support website development projects from concept to launch.

• Drive continuous optimisation through UX improvements, SEO best practices, content updates, and performance testing.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure every digital touchpoint reflects brand excellence.

Digital Advertising & Campaigns

• Plan, execute, and optimise high‑performing campaigns across paid search, paid social, and display.

• Manage budgets with a focus on ROI, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Performance, Analytics & Insights

• Track key digital KPIs and deliver clear, insightful performance dashboards.

• Analyse campaign and website data to uncover trends and opportunities.

• Present actionable recommendations to marketing leadership.

Collaboration & Cross‑Functional Support

• Partner with product, brand, eCommerce, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

• Bring digital expertise to wider marketing initiatives and strategic projects.

Requirements: 

• 2+ years’ experience in a digital marketing role.

• Strong understanding of paid search, paid social, SEO, email, and content management.

• Hands‑on experience with CMS platforms, analytics tools (Google Analytics), and advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads).

• Excellent analytical, reporting, and project management skills.

• A collaborative mindset with strong communication abilities.

• A genuine love for animals and enthusiasm for working within the pet industry.
