We are seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a well-established Engineering Services business through its next phase of change and sustainable growth. The Opportunity
As CEO, you will take accountability for developing and executing the strategic plan. Your focus will be on:

• Driving business turnaround and transformation – delivering improved profitability, efficiency, and operational excellence.
• Strategic growth and diversification – strengthening client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities.
• Operational leadership – ensuring exceptional delivery across mechanical, electrical, and technical services.
• Cultural transformation – inspiring a values-led, performance-driven organisation with clear accountability and engagement.

You’ll report directly to the Group Board and lead a team in positioning the company as a renewed force in technical engineering services.

About You
Proven senior leader within engineering, M&E, or technical services, with a strong commercial and operational background. You will bring:

• A successful record of P&L management and leading business transformation or turnaround in a similar environment.
• Exceptional commercial and financial acumen, with a focus on sustainable profitability.
• Strong leadership and people development skills – inspiring teams and building cultures of excellence.
• Strategic vision, resilience, and influence of stakeholders at all levels.
