Business Unit Leader, Energy ConstructionTeesside, UK
As part of a successful UK utilities oil gas and energy construction group, this is a great opportunity for a skilled leader and engineer to take leadership responsibility for a Business Unit in Teesside, North East UK and delivering projects across the North of England and Scotland.
It is an important member of the senior management team, growing the business. Great opportunities are possible both for shareholding and to capitalise on the growth of energy and renewable industry projects .
We require ; A skilled leader with 10 plus years of industrial experience.
• Mechanical or Civil Engineer with experience across engineering management, commissioning and construction projects.
• Skilled in managing teams and subcontractors to deliver projects to stringent HSE and quality requirements and able to grow a business.
• Able to control budgets, reporting and project schedules.
• Manage a wide portfolio of stakeholders and customers and oversee the BU growth.
• Experience in tendering, P&L and commercial control.
• Ideally have a strong network of energy sector and industry contacts in the North.
