Property Paralegal – Boutique Law Firm

We are seeking a motivated Property Paralegal to join a boutique law firm, supporting a varied caseload across commercial and residential property matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with commercial and residential property transactions from inception to completion

• Draft and review contracts, leases, and related property documents

• Conduct property searches and prepare reports

• Liaise with clients, solicitors, and third parties

• Manage and maintain case files and databases

Requirements

• Some prior experience in property law is desirable (full training provided)

• Genuine interest in property law with a willingness to learn and develop

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
