Job Description

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading global law firm, to assist them in their search for a new Front of House Manager.

This is a new permanent role in their London office, to work as part of their highly collaborative team, whereby the successful applicant will be responsible for delivering an outstanding client and visitor experience, acting as the senior representative of the Front of House function. The role will involve providing leadership, direction, and operational oversight across reception, hospitality, events, and customer service, working closely with internal teams.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and directing tasks across events, customer service, reception, and hospitality in both offices.
  • Liaising with the Hospitality, Cleaning, and Facilities teams.
  • Setting bi-annual client FOH objectives.
  • Maintaining communication to coordinate service improvements.
  • Implementing opportunities to add value to FOH offerings.
  • Overseeing catering and hospitality orders and coordinating internal events.
  • Ensuring Standard Operating Procedures are being reviewed and improved, as necessary.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety policies.
  • Leading and coaching the FOH team to ensure they are skilled, warm and provide excellent service across both offices.
  • Overseeing rota management, resource planning, and holiday and sickness cover.
  • Managing FOH recruitment for new team members.
  • Contributing to setting FOH budgets, ensuring financial targets are adhered to, and internal processes are set up for accurate invoicing.
  • Minimising overtime and absence costs.

Suitable candidates will have gained prior FOH management experience, ideally within a law firm, although professional services environments will also be considered. We are seeking applicants with strong customer service, communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
