Legal PA – Dispute Resolution Team
We are assisting our client, a specialist law firm, in their search for an experienced and proactive Legal PA to provide high-level support to a team of fee-earners within a busy dispute resolution environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-focused, and confident managing varied responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Complex diary management, travel booking and itineraries
Document production, correspondence, and digital dictation
Assisting with billing, expenses, and time recording
Managing contacts and supporting business development activities
Client liaison and coordination of meetings, events, and follow-ups
General administrative and filing duties (electronic and hard copy)
About You:
2–5 years’ PA experience in a legal or professional services role, ideally within disputes
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proactive, flexible, and able to anticipate needs
A collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Please note due to the nature of the work this role is 5 days in the office.
