Job Description

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded US law firm, to assist them in their search for a new Senior Technology Support Analyst.

This is a new role in their London office, to work as part of their highly collaborative team, whereby the successful applicant will be responsible for covering both first and second-line IT support for the whole office, resolving IT issues, and documenting all activities.

Responsibilities will include:

• Providing first- and second- line technical support to the London office.
• Acting as an escalation point for technical issues.
• Assisting the IT Manager with workload, ticketing, and the resolution of hardware and software issues.
• Supporting regional offices and providing off-hours support for moves and maintenance, as needed.
• Delivering end-of-shift reports.
• Managing and ensuring loaner equipment is timely available.
• Ensuring firm-standard laptops and mobile devices are in line with procedures.
• Providing user training and support for audio-visual systems and queries.
• Ensuring remote access and multi-factor authentication is supported.
• Installing and maintaining hardware and software.
• Mentoring the existing Technology Support Analyst.

The firm are offering a highly competitive salary up to £65,000, plus benefits and the firm have a wonderful working culture.

Suitable candidates will have gained prior IT support experience, ideally within a law firm, although professional services environments will also be considered. We are seeking applicants with a strong technical background, the ability to provide high quality IT support, and demonstrated organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
