Learning & Development Advisor at City Law Firm

HR Support is delighted to be working with a well-respected mid-sized global professional services firm to find them an L&D Advisor to join their growing team. The firm operate a hybrid working policy, 3 days in the office, in stunning offices in the heart of the City. 


This is a busy role supporting, working alongside the Learning & Development Manager, and supported by a Coordinator, to manage, coordinate and deliver regular and bespoke training to lawyers and business support staff across EMEA.


Experience working within a law firm or other professional services is required, as well as experience delivering “soft skills” training to people at all levels.  


Duties include;

  • Take responsibility for developing, reviewing, and delivering a range of programmes across the board.

  • Maintain, review and deliver career development training programmes for professional staff and senior business support staff

  • Research, source, and manage external suppliers – reviewing as necessary based on feedback and success metrics.

  • Review and assess programme outcomes, and modify resources as necessary.

  • Work with the Graduate Development team to assist on all aspects of trainee development.

  • Support the firm's coaching and mentoring programmes.

  • Support the management and development of the LMS.
